Garden Patio & Path

This property was an exceptional Grade II listed semi detached property, which offered far reaching rural views. The current patio and path had deteriorated over the years and the wrought iron fence had become loose and dangerous.

Scope of work:

• Removal of old wrought iron fence, which the client then re-painted
• Removal and disposal of existing paving slabs
• Laying of new 'Indian Stone' pathway and patio
• Securely re-fitting wrought iron fence
• Creation of new steps leading down to the side entrance
